In my personal experience, UNITEN's swimming pool is a fun place for any students. The word swimming pool might bring the notion that it is only for the elite swimmers to horn their swimming skills. But, the fact is, our swimming is a place where both the skilled swimmer and also the amateur can utilised. For the former, it is one of the best place to improve their swimming skills as the swimming pool offers a 50 metre swimming lane which is equivalent to Olympic size. As for the latter, they can learn swimming by themselves and at the same time for those who want to just relax, there is ample room for them to ease their mind which might be filled with facts and figures.

I dare to say that our swimming pool here is a swimming pool-cum-theme park as every Sunday, it is open to the public who bring their kids to have a fun time with their family. This clearly the extent the swimming pool serve its purpose as being a good place for a nice swim and also a place where family bonding is tightened further.

As for safety, there is no need for worry as there are always life guards and also floats that is ever-ready for any rescue mission if the need arises. However, to date, with God's grace and the staff's efficient handling, there were no untoward incidence that has occurred.
In a nutshell, the UNITEN swimming pool in once place that every student should look forward to visiting at least once in their whole duration of studies in the university.
